Talia grew up in Prescott with a family history that reaches back a century in this town. Her favorite memories of her Nonna are the ones that began in the kitchen, where food gave people a reason to stay, talk and become family.

Matt is an Arizona native, Army veteran and longtime Prescott-area local with a background in fire, EMS and emergency-room service. Together, they bring care, calm and a generous eye for detail to every gathering.

Dolce means sweet in Italian. For us, it means the small moments that feel worth lingering over.
